U.S. Development Co., L.L.C. (USDC) was founded in 1994 by Cathy Bordelon to take advantage of the anticipated growth in Ascension Parish from families in East Baton Rouge moving into Ascension Parish to a more rural setting and one of the best public school systems in the State of Louisiana. Since 1994, USDC has expanded to include B & B Office Holdings, L.L.C. and Three B Construction Co., L.L.C. to provide an integrated approach to include development, home building and full service marketing sales support. USDC has also expanded its area of influence to include developments in East Baton Rouge Parish and Rapides Parish located in central Louisiana. USDC has the ability and resources to work with the full spectrum of clients; from entry level home buyers, to “upscale” luxury homebuyers to “empty nesters.”
Cathy Bordelon has many years experience in developing with projects such as Seven Oaks, Silverstone, Babin Cove, Angelle Estates, Cross Creek, Creekside, Hidden Ridge (East Baton Rouge Parish), South Hampton (East Baton Rouge Parish), Shadow Creek Ranch (Rapides Parish), Pecan Grove Office Park, as well as participation in the development of several office parks in East Baton Rouge and Ascension Parishes.
